    iR ADV C7065

Got a bit of a strange one here that i would like to throw into the pan

Constant 2 sided PJs from all 4 cassettes, But single sided is fine
The device jams always at PS26 (Duplex tray) from all cassettes with a 0118 jam code

    I have changed both PS26 & PS25 sensors
    The I/O codes show that the sensors are working (P011 - bit 9 PS26 & bit 10 PS25) by changing 0 to 1 and back to 0
Deck 2 single side works correctly through PS26

The magnets and the catch plates for the duplex tray are okay and working
Have replaced the 3 pressure block (& springs) on the unit and also changed the 2 that forces the try up into the unit but still jams
Any Ideas please will be Grateful

    Thanks

-check if duplex tray jam roller is extremely difficult to turn ? > if so >clean & lube>then check
if it turns manually , but does not turn when duplexing> a bad fixing feed driver pcb can be issue

    -clean duplex path rollers

Just to keep people updateed (If you are interested)

Did try a new reversal assy, No good, lasred 4 pages

This issue was fixed by replacing the "Fixing/Feeding Lock Assy"

It sits at the front of the device, and is where the process unit latches onto when pushed back in

(When you pull the unit out, look at the front middle, it has a spring loaded gear on it, also has a shaft with a blue gear the is bushed into it)

Well replaced that part, ran shed loads through it, started the car as i couldnt get out quick enough

    Hi there,

Just looking at your post above, how did you figure it was the Fixing/Feeder Lock Assembly??

Reason I ask, is I have the exact same issue on a IPR C600i. Have done the necessary fault findings...sensors and motors all check out. Machine still constantly jams ONLY on Duplex.

If you can remember, I would be so grateful!

    Ben
