Problem "jam at right door remove jam" its pointing on the middle door.
Replaced ps30, ps27, ps36 still jam at power on.
Do pick-up assembly can cause jam indication at power-on on the copier? it has many sensors.
No stack piece of paper.

u never look at the obvious jam location in this piece of junk printer
Check the spring tension of all sensor flags, and add a wrap if necessary./ KNOWN ISSUE WITH FLAGS
another issue in this series is the wiring.
For the 010C jam code, it's typically the fuser drive clutch
I personally would remove the Finisher/
then gut the printer to physically look for any PAPER FRAGMENTS that may be lodged inside connections on Frame Side & on all Removed Assembly s---
PAPER FRAGMENTS in connections// known issue on power on Jams for this NP SERIES

Yes! How about a jam code? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Here is the jam code
B_JAM0: 0208 010A 010A
B_JAM3: 010A 010A 010C
B_JAM6: 010C 010D 010C
B_ALRM: 0001
Replaced wiring from dc controller
Replaced pick-up assembly
replaced unit 1 assembly
checked flags/springs of sensors -ok
still same jam on middle right door at power on
if i'm not mistaken, 01 and 0A is for pS24 and ps23 sensors

Misfeeds (jam code 010C, 020C, 010A), accordions in the claw area. Also noise when driving. Flat spots on the lower fuser roller make the drive difficult to turn, causing the fuser drive clutch to slip and damaging gear 31T. Replace the lower fuser roller (FB3-8102-000) and gear 31T (FS6-0116-020). Clean and grease the fuser drive clutch.
Misfeeds (jam code 010A) the first side of duplex. Overlay and single sided copies are not affected. Replace the paper pickup motor.
If I remember correctly the 01xx part is the type of jam, and the xx0A is the specific sensor. =^..^=

at power on still jam indication pointing at middle right door. cannot even make a single copy because at power on indicate jam.
Do you know how to read the output directly off of each photointerrupter? =^..^=

Have you checked the connector at the back on the fuser draw & in the back of the machine, small pieces of paper can get trapped causing phantom jam messages.
But if I was you I'd make your local scrap metal dealer happy!
You can purchase cheap reliable used copiers now from any local copier dealer.
