I have this code error on a iRADVC 7055: E 061 0001 or E061 0004.
The life of the drum K is about 90.000 prints.
I changed the corona wire, the grid, clean the laser glass;
I executed the DPC mode, but the code remains.
I off the potential control.
But the problem remains !
Help me !
Make sure laser shutter is working properly and not stuck half way
Laser Shutter is activated by the pin on the Primary Fan Duct Assembly
The pin actuates the shutter through the opening in the Machine Front Plate
Check the shutter operation and the pin on the Primary Fan Duct Assembly.
If the pin is broken, it should be replaced. The pin can be replaced by replacing the Primary Fan 2 Duct.

E061-0001 relates to the primary shorting or not connected or the black drum is not rotating. I would replace the whole primary unit if the drum does rotate.
E061-0004 is black laser power shortage error. As you have cleaned the laser glass already I would have a look at the power connection to the laser see if cables are shorting, failing that replace the black laser or the laser interface PCB.
I Substituted the potential control assembly (PCB) and the drum (50% of life), and I solved the code error !
