Check the fuser temp under Copier-Display-Analog :

FIX-C Temperature of the fixing roller surface (Detection temperature of the main thermistor) 1

FIX-E Temperature of the fixing roller surface (Detection temperature of the sub thermistor ) 1

FIX-E2 Temperature of the fixing roller surface (Detection temperature of the sub thermistor 2)


oh, btw what does COPIER>COUNTER>DRBL-1 say about the fuser/fixing ?

I will check the above and get back with you. Heading back to the shop and taking a fuser with me, just in case. Ron

Error E000 is temp related.
Clean the main ans sub thermistors, also check the connector. Failing that you would have to replace the Fixing film unit and still clear the error in service mode or replace the DC controller pcb.

E000 looks a bit weird, only general info i can find is the fuser not heating up...

You can clear an error in servicemode Copier-function-clear: error...

If the fuser or any other part is faulty, it will return though...

COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
