Make sure nothing is arching to cause those spots.
Clean or replace ALL OZONE filter periodically. Interest should be taken to clean fan duct of dirty filters.
Check transport duct for damage.

It has been noted that the transport fan duct may become damaged or cracked. These leaks allow intermittent spots to occur when toner is blown back onto the sheets passing fan duct.
Check transport fan duct seal. The seal is located inside of the iR105.

The seal should not be torn or damaged.

If damaged, replace immediately to maintain proper air flow and operation of machine.
Not all foam seals are available in the parts catalog.
Foam weather stripping from a hardware store may be used as a substitute.

You could try some clear nail polish on the 3 chips.
Nail polish is a very good advice, you should also check the state of the coronas and be sure to reset the corona counters in service mode. This is very important on this model because the process control use among others the counter values to adjust the corona current. New Wires without resetting the counter can lead to arcing on the drum surface and might leave permanent damage. I have said this before, but this can not be overstated. Btw.: same to the IRADV 6xxx and 8xxx series. So take care.
