    In my 7095, 3 + 3 black dots... the length increases .... What is it? Is it because of arc? Nail polish trick will work? sample attached... kindly help any one...

    Are u a tech._?

    If so> what have u inspected so far_?
    Drum , Coronas, Filters, etc.

    Last time maintaince was performed_? or parts replaced_?
    Printer environment_?

    Thank you for your immediate help...

    I am not a tech.... But I know little with the help of my technical friends...

    It is a RC machine... count--- 65L. After RC, it is just 1.25L.

    Last time fuser unit only changed in my place.

    Primary count is 3.5L (image attached)

    Printer environment is clean and air conditioned place.

    transport duct backside foam damaged (image attached.)

    Filters are clean...

    I am not yet inspected drum.

    u need or someone needs to inspect that drum surface & corona wires for arching

    Dots too close for it to be a drum. Do some math......diameter of roll= circumference(distance between spots) divided by pi(3.1415)

    I can confirm from experience.

    1. Nail polish will NOT work
    2. White Eraser will not work

    If you have a spark and apply nail polish - you will make the spark or some other shape bigger than before.
