Ir adv c 2020l print too dark in photo mode

    Hi,

the machine works right, it only has this problem in photo mode

for example, if the customer print a picture where there are a black man and white man ...when the machine has printed it seems like a tan man and his shadow....

    any ideas.....?

    All the best

What have you done so far? Is it the same when copying, is it the right driver, what happens if printing the same file to a different printer.....

is this a Glass issue or a print driver issue
where / how was photo taken ( DPI ) matte or glossy picture

place a sheet transparency on glass>place photo on top of it> close cover> test in photo mode & reg mode

last time u did a full calibration
