Dear all ,

actually i faced a weird problem in this machine its occur on print out the machine is working fine ,but the problem is when my client want to print from any pc at his work the machine can print 1 copies and then it will not print any more until you turn it off and on again ,suddenly this happen at all the 5 pc's that he had , i said its easy it could be a simple problem but it looks not because i tried to connect it the machine with cross cable and same problem occur ,any one face this problem before ,is it hardware problem ? i guess yes i need your help please thanks in advance .

I would try updating the firmware, seen odd faults like this caused by firmware
