    Service mode

I need to change the counter setting on my IR adv 7065 so it only counts 1 click for large copies. Somehow it has gotten changed on the machine. I know how to get into service mode level 1, but I can't tell where to change it. Is the place in that mode, or do I have to go to service mode level 2? And if I have to go to level 2, how do I get there from level 1?

Up until last week it displayed meter 101, 108, 229, 230, 321, and 322. Now it displays 102, 109 and 106. I have checked and it now clicks 2 counts for large copies. I want it to only click 1 time like before.

someone went in (most likely another tech or salesperson & changed the counters) counters 2 > 6 reflect information for billing purposes or if not contract related, for customer to track totals or for charging/billing their clients for work.

There are well over 600 counter combinations (as in Total,Copy,Remote,Print,Scan etc,>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

a double click on 11x17 paper will only display under 102

On the newer Canons you actually can change the default from 101 to 102 on the first counter and back, go into service mode level 1 copier>option>user>CNT-SW set it to 0 to get your 101 counter back on top. if you set it to 1 102 will be displayed on top

    missed that imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9075 / C9065 / C7065 / C7055 Notice

For Print Jobs the following counters can be used.

    #320 - B/W small

    #319 - B/W large
    #321 - Color large
    #322 - Color small

    #323 - Color ( 2 sided )

    NOTE:

If Machine is counting B+W Copies as Color Copies.

    :
Set IMGCNTR to 1. This will change the priority from Image Priority to Counter Priority allowing the correct detection for the counters.

This setting is located in Service Mode > Copier > Option > FNC-SW > screen 3

Counter 1 was set to 102. Customer desired it to be 101 instead.

In Level 1 Service Mode, go to COPIER / OPTION / USER / CNT-SW. Change the 1 to a 0.
    See the attached screen shots.
