iR C7065 leaving color streaks on bottom of page

Hi, i have a iR C7065 that is leaving streaks on bottom of paper, i am assuming one of the rollers needs cleaned or the blade. where do i access those items on this machine?
attached is a picture of two pages, the streaking apears at random. about half the pages are clean and they are not the same.

its looks the Betl cleaning balde the problem you must changed it by opening the from cover on ur right there a square plastic with one screw remove it also on the middle there other grey plastic with one screw remove it and also on the left cornar then you will see a grey handle on the middle trurned it clockwise and pull out the belt drawer and then you can see the blade on you left .
