1. Change in SM Copier>Adjust>HV>TR-TP-LV to 0
You might need to change the below setting but I doubt it:
Change in SM Copier>Option>combo TR-SW1 through TR-SW5 to read 0 when you press TR-SW1 through TR-SW5.
If it is humid and the paper jams in the drum unit, You might want to change this back.
Help this helps.

It looks to me like flip.
Especially when doing two-sided with moist/curly paper, the first side curls left. When inverted the second side approaches the drum with a right curl. As the trail edge of the paper passes it pulls away from the drum before it is fully transferred.
The simplest solution is to carry in a fresh ream of properly stored paper, crack it open and run duplex test images. If it's really flip, the fault will be gone. Then you can advise them on proper methods of storing paper. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

BlackCat,
I agree with your flip theory on machines with corona wires for seperation but the same theory for machines with transfer rollers you might want to reconsider.

Good day! I have a problem in printing from PC to IR4570 double sided, in that the 2nd page, the copy was upside down. Is there work around? Thanks in advance.
