    E014-100 & Jam Code 0CF1

Imagepress C6000 getting regular jams, jam log 0CF1. Also been getting E014-100 on a regular basis.

    Checked all connections several times.
Fuser seems to work freely. Checked and replace some bearings. Oiled Pressure Belt.
    Replaced Fixing Motor, no change.

    I am missing something.

Not sure about this yet, but seems like the problem is worse when duplexing.

Fixing Belt Assembly needs to be rebuilt every 300k for LTR size or 195K for 11x17 or larger. The parts required for this service are in the 300K QA Kit: F02-5904-000.

One of the bearings is probably failing and spins freely when turned by hand but when a load is put upon it, will cause gear to wobble.

Ended up being 2 things. The flag that controls external heater position was broken. Also gear that drove fixing belt had a crack in it causing drag. Thanks for the help. I hope this helps somebody in the future.

It now seems that I have not been oiling the fixing belt assembly properly. I cleaned and oiled again. So far it is working. Any tips on oiling fixing belt the isn't in the manual.
