    Canon CLC1100

    i have a jam error.
there is no error code. like Exxx-xxxx
at the jam error section on the printer, i check a code do everything, and change what it says.
    i try all possible solutions.
when i restart printer after reseting err and also reset after start.
i always make 10 blank copies with my printer for to see dens.
when i start printing blank pages PG05 .
the printer always jams at the 3rd page or if it passes 3rd ,it will jam on 9.blank page.
i have one more clc 1100.
i change all the units on the front.
    -- fixing system
    -- Transfer drum system
-- and the tray ( feeding)

i also unplug the toner supply clutch (maybe clutch error).. nothing happens

The jams always on the tranfer sheet.
    never jam on other places.
    Did anyone has an idea

    best regards

Time for an upgrade of printers.

U need to run an attraction test, to see position of paper on transfer drum.
Those two photo_sensors inside sheet need to see paper feed edge.
Jams & Errors are two different animals.
The HVT causes many issues in this model.
Also the black connection block cracks on transfer frame & causes poor connection to rear inside connection.

The exterior attraction (metal roller) ,that end clutch spring gums up , causes poor attraction on paper to transfer drum.

    Many other to check.

    The error was just fixed.

it was because of Y developer sensor.
After replacement , i have done Init Y.

    everything is excellent now.

    the problem solved..

The yellow developer sensor is faulty.
    after replacement and INIT Y.
