Wow...mass confusion, What is the paper weight? Is it in specs of the machine? Is it being registered properly? If you can feel it on the paper obviously it is not fusing properly. You changed upper and lower fuser rolls and bearings. I did not see bushings(plastic collars). Make sure both have their flanges(large side)installed toward the front of the machine. Older versions of the service manual have incorrect diagrams. Is the web advancing properly? The one way clutches go bad and won't advance web. Make sure that the static eliminator in the fuser under the lower fuser roll is good and making contact. If the little hairs are all hacked up and missing replace it. I have seen this cause dirty running fusers on 105s and 7105s also. Ensure that the metal contact inside the rear heater lamps cap is bent out and will make good contact with the metal washer/collar on the rear of the upper fuser roll. This is where the bias is applied to the upper fuser roller. One last thing...when it does repeat the image, run it on 17 inch paper and measure distance between repetitions. Take this measurement and divide by pi(3.15 roughly) and this will tell you the diameter of the roller that is causing the issue. Simple math. Keep us posted
