    Error Code: Imagepress 6010

We keep getting the error E000000-0102-05, but it comes and goes. Could this be a
    bad connection somewhere?

    E000-0102 Error Code Intermittent
    in service mode
    COPIER/OPTION/USER/ FX1BC-SW > set to "0".
-Fixing Belt Drive Assembly check or replace it.

-Lower Fixing Belt Timing Belt_check the teeth on belt (XF2-1805-280)

Check on the Primary Fixing Unit > the Lower Belt Drive Assy.
This is located on the rear of the lower part of the Primary Fixing Unit.
Check the transmission shaft, bearing and the 19T gear as shown in FIGURE 816 FIRST FIXING ASSEMBLY, LOWER (2/2) items 40 (FU6-0343-000 which is the 19T gear), item 47 (XG9-0286-000 which is the bearings) and item 55 (FC6-0361-000 which is the transmission shaft).

You want to inspect these components as the bearing possibly could seize on the transmission shaft and strip the 19T gear. If this occurs, then the lower fixing belt will not heat up due to no rotation and hence the E000 0102 error code.

Did u check if the fixing belt has damaged or the timing belt is broken.

different Canon models have various ways to enter service mode/or modes
service mode is useless without manuals
