When u are a Fully Trained Canon Authorized Tech on their products/
U should have no problem understanding and following procedures for a repair.
It is the untrained techs & end users who struggle in the field.
I know many techs are not able to receive training or work for Canon authorized companies, those people need to develop their own network for assistance.
As proven in this successful FORUM
**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
