Happened suddenly. Any idea what causes these lines.?

Any errors maybe?
-Developer counter?
-check distance between the rear side of machine and the wall: preferably 10cm or more.
-Upgrade Dcon to last version.
-Does the symptom solved by outputting 50 pages of solid magenta images?
-Check dust filters
-Gently shake developer assy.
-Replace developer.
Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
I can replicate that issue if I hold the dev in my hand and rotate it manually BUT at a different angle.
Other than that I have never seen it happen on a machine.
Even if there is shortage of dev material in the toner - it would not cause stripes like that.
I would try to rotate manually at different angles and see what happens.
If the dev unit is level then the copier lost some developer from the dev unit.I would say if you replace it with a new one and it only lasts a week or less then I would look at dev bias or perhaps dev unit drive mechanism ( rotating when its not supposed to) Had something similar on Ricoh and Konica. Ricoh had a stuck clutch and inconsistent dev bias on Konica.
I'm pretty sure in debri inside the unit. It can also be compacted toner in the way of the cleaning blade. Had one like this thought of opening it but it looked like a semi sealed unit. It's not wear on the unit, if it was you'd see a scratched mag roller.
Do the stripes move horizontally when you rotate manually or stay in the same place ?
Seen it before - is it OEM Toner - hard lumps in Dev Unit? Replace with correct Toner- run skyshots (to deplete Hopper of old Toner) then replace Dev Unit. Then run Dev as a new install then full Autograd.
