Canon iR1022i Firmware needed

Hello,

I'm having problems with the web interface of my Canon iR1022i. It is crashing all the time - I have to turn off and on the printer every 2 minutes or every one or two changes like addresses I like to save there. This is very very annoying. On the internet I found information about this bug and people were able to solve by upgrading the firmware.

BTW: Is a newer firmware also supporting SMTP-Auth? The firmware I run here is only supporting SMTP after POP, which is ancient technology.

I found an older thread where someone is asking for the same. Not sure if I need the firmware plus SST or UST. Or a single package. Doesn't matter to me, I just want to upgrade. ;-)

Maybe it does matter, the printer version should be European or German (bought in Germany).

Can someone help me? Would be really really great.
