    iRA 6275 1205 1011 jams

    Hi,

I have two iRA 6275 machines side by side with intermittent 1205 and 1011 jams pointing to the same sensor in the finisher

    1205 OTH *PI103

    1011 Delay PI103*

The machines are 1 year old with 1 mil clicks each.

    They are leveled.

Have replaced the exit rollers on the machine side.

Reseated the connector J883 on the feed drive of the Finisher.

    Any suggestions please

    Thanks in advance!

???? is this when Stapling ??/ if so does Stapler move
    1205-----------------
Check the stapler home position sensor PI110 in the copier service mode I/O (Service mode>Copier>I/O>Sorter>P017 Bit 4) and block/unblock sensor PI110. If PI110 does not change states, replace it

    1011-----------
Check if the Connector J883 is loose on the Feed Driver > try re-seating the connection
Connector goes to the Inlet Motor M113. The following image shows the location of the connector on the rear side of the finisher.

Did u check for the proper voltage supply on those connections

also> wire ties are an ongoing issue on these IRADV/IRADVC's -- as with most Canons, especially yellow harness ones-
