c2550 slow printing

I have a C2550 that customer says when they send a document with a lot of detail to the copier, it takes a long time to finally print the document. Is there someway to speed this up? Adding memory? I havent been out to see what memory is already installed but is it just a matter of adding a larger memory stick?

Thanks, one more thing.....they are using the PCL driver, would installing the UFRII driver make any difference. This copier only has 44k copies on it so the fixing unit is in great condition. Copy speeds are exactly what they should be, its just some larger print jobs that seem to take awhile to appear. Do you recommend always using the UFRII driver when applicable? For some customers their IT people want to stick with what they know and use the PCL driver.

UFR II print driver-------------- This driver processes print jobs quicker by compressing the print job before sending it to the copier, resulting in faster print times. Because of it’s compression capabilities, the UFR II driver is excellent for printing office files from programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Reader and Internet Explorer.
A downside of Canon’s UFR II compression is that it does not offer high quality colour output. Offices looking to produce high quality colour on a Canon should thus use Adobe PostScript.
