I setup a Canon IR1025if to a net work loaded print drivers ok and prints fine. When I went to access the RUI by typing in the IP address I could not get in. I used this unit and tested it before installing it and it worked fine in my office running Windows 7. The new customer is running Windows 8.1 and I cannot access the RUI to setup send address. I can ping unit ok, I have turned off fire wall and tried, I have turned off all antivirus an tried. Does anyone have any help for this problem? Thank you.
