Cyan toner drop many dot on prints. I replaced Cyan drum unit and developer unit from another machine working good, but not change. Please help me

Toner dropping on copies. :-(

Vacuum the entire sub hopper assembly for the particular color that is dropping the toner, (or replace the sub-hopper unit), also insert a new toner bottle and developing assembly.
In most cases, the toner was contaminated and affected the sub hopper unit and developing assembly.

When I remove Developing assembly, I saw cyan toner on the catch sheet as below image

Do you think that cause of toner collection sheet bias ???

That is a possible cause of your problem, all you need to do is wipe it off and test.
If that works you are lucky
If it does not work, then you have much bigger problems, and you have to follow teckats instructions

if the toner has expired then the process breaks down and toner begins to scatter.

must look at the toner and replace the sub hopper \dev and fresh toner.

or the problem will return.

(had issue on iradv 9000) major strip out and in the end it was the Toner.
