I have IR3235 that have image shift problem only when scanning, either from glass or ADF. The image shift is about 2mm at top of page that results in grey background on scanned image on customer PC.
Copying/Printing and engine PG are fine. What settings are there to correct top to bottom misregistration. NB: The grey band at the top comes ONLY for scan to folder, copy, print and internal prints are all okay. Thanks.
