Unhappy Canon iR8500 copy from black to white

The original copy is not clear, I have to wash tank and replacement ink toner titles. When making copies, the images appear very pale. In service mode *28* copier >> function >> install >> toner-s. It is the same. I made clear by the function >> clear >> dc-con, r-con, service, cnt-mcon, cnt-dcon and adjust ccd new and set the standard again. It is the same as. How do I solve this problem?canon003.jpg
