Required System CD for updating canon IR 3300

Hi all
i am from india and i had purchased a used canon ir3300 photocopier machine.
i need to connect it to computer using Remote UI. but it shows the error see for attachment
on the web i searched for the solution and the result was to update the firmware
friends please share the link of system cd (iso image or system cd image file) from where can i download to update the firmware.

please note. ( i am a network admin / networking professional trainer)
copier is connected via lan with proper ip address, subnet mask & default gateway & DNS
copier is in the same workgroup
i can print from my computer
i can scan from copier to pc via scangear tool
i can successfully ping the copier
also remote UI option is on in additional function settings
and in internal service settings >> options >> Body >> RUI - DSP it is 1 (on page 3)

only problem is with remote UI
please can anyone help me

Test SSL settings, make sure Firewall is not blocking.

Turn "OFF" "use SSL" if Customer not using.\
or Turn "ON" if OFF.

Additional Functions > System Settings > Remote UI > "On" > Use SSL > "On", and then turn the main power switch OFF/ON.

*Also check what version Firmware is listed, and what ver.is the RUI_?\ Make sure it's registered into printer,

😎The Remote User Interface (RUI) is pre_installed software on the machine that enables you to control, confirm, and register the machines functions by using a Web browser. When one of the Dept. ID, SDL, or SSO authentication functions is enabled on the copier the RUI is also restricted to authorized users. Any password restrictions such as Mail Box or system manager are also reflected in RUI.

If there are concerns if outside users can access the RUI, administrators should take the same precautions with their imageRUNNER devices as with computers, such as employing firewalls and other technologies. That way only authorized network users can access Remote UI.

_______Additional Functions>System Settings>Network Settings>TCP/IP Settings>Multicast Discovery>set to "OFF".

are u connected with a PC or Laptop
if PC, try a Laptop connection with Crossover Cable.

Set > USE HTTP under TCP/IP Settings to "ON".
