    ir 5065 white line

    Hi

I have a ir 5065 it makes a perfect white line, it is always in the same place... you can see the sample, it has been done in mode test number two.

The developer unit is plenty of toner it is working right

    does anyone knows the problem?

From the pic sample nobody can knows exactly.Only we can guess or give you a hint.
Looks like developer but it's not necessary.I suggest overview of drum and transfer.Did you make force stop to shrink options? If you have perfect
image on drum then can be transfer problem. If the line is on the drum image can be drum or primary corona. And of course there is always laser unit or even PCB issue!I believe you already inspect fixing unit.

I still bet on primary corona and second is developer (Terminal Plate)

    Good luck!
