Hello Guys, Canon ir 2022 makes paper jams in all trays at the drum unit and displays load correct paper size A4. All trays paper sizes set properly.
When try Bypass tray it also make one copy out then displays load correct paper size A4. Changed the Registration Clutch and all feed rollers fro trays 1 and 2.

I have read through all the Stationary Jam at First Delivery Sensor and Registration sensor information, the common sensor here for all the trays is Registration sensor. I replaced this sensor with a new one but it was the same story.
is issue from Glass copies & Network prints ?

This machine doesnot print, its not connected to any network but when i printed the error report it was empty sheet with only two dotted straight lines.
No Jamed codes , it only displays " Load correct paper size A4"

Did copier ever work properly_?
Is printer set for your region _?
Did u add an extra wrap to the spring for the Registration Sensor (SR209) flag /
Also check the flag for a worn face.(rounded)

Thanks i managed to clear the massage "Load correct paper size A4" by adding a on the Registration Sensor flag . now the Bypass tray is working ok.
The trays one and two when you press start button they pick papers continuosly causing several jams on the paper path.
I cleaned the feed clutch and the solonoid , the fault didn't clear. Even at power on the machine it fisrt feed out a few papers from the trays.
