Canon C5235 2 Sided Printing Issue

    Hi Guys,
I have a customer that on the print screen can only select 2 sided printing even though that is not the default on the other computers....any ideas?
    Thanks in advance

    ------------------------------------------

Any of the feature screens available on the Main Menu or the Quick Menu can be set as the default screen.

To change the default screen press the Setting / Registration key.
    Next select the [Preferences] tab.
    Now select the [Display Settings].
From this screen select [Default Screen at Startup].
    Now select the [Copy] tab.
This sets the default start up screen to the copy screen. When the unit is powered on or comes out of sleep mode the unit will be at the ready to copy screen and the green LED in the print key is lit.

If you are talking about the print driver you have to go to the advanced setting and change it to one sided. I think default print driver setup is 2 sided. Try printer properties, advanced tab and printing defaults to one sided. I had one I kept trying to change it in printer preferences and it kept defaulting to 2 sided after one print.
