    Canon ir5035i

    Hi,

    i have a irca5035i my client using simi glossypaper and the machine counter 136k ,hes facing a problem when the paper exit the toner is not drying will and let the next prints come dirty till he print around 5 white copies to get it clean,hes using the bypass heavey 3 .


    my question is theres any way to increase the heater degree like in ir2270 ?by the way i check the heater assembly and it looks in a good condition
