Sharp cash registers

Just heard this week that Sharp will no longer be making cash registers. What else is out there to sell? Any opinions?

SAM4S - formerly Samsung - has a wide range of machines http://www.crs-usa.com/ . Carolina Wholesale sells them also.

Sam4s are a good swapout but not quite as functional / solid as the older sharp machines

case in point, customer had a Sharp ER-A410 swapped for siimilar in SAM4s

the customer cannot subtotal then cancel back into the sale on clerk hotswap
once Subtotal pressed locked in eddy, dump the sale start again

but the equivalent xea versions are as good for a cheaper buy price
