Drawer issues
I have a customer with a sam4s 5115 and the cash drawer has to be slammed to stay closed. Has anyone else had this issue or do you know of a fix? Thank you in advance.

I have had to replace the latch assembly in a Samsung before. Just make sure that the customer has not let money or checks fall behind the drawer.
