Hi again everyone. Is anyone familiar with this machine? A customer of mine has one and tells me that it "used to" provide a momentary contact closure at the end of any valid transaction. There is, indeed, an unconnected "pair" hanging off the back of the unit, but it doesn't seem to do anything (no closed circuit) at the end of a transaction.

Looking through the docs I recently received here, I see no reference to an aux output, much less how to configure it. Maybe it's named something else?

Anything offered would be greatly appreciated!

I have a Samsung ER-4915 Manual posted on my cash register support blog. The main site is Cash Register Guys then go to the blog and find the quick guide for the register. The original manual is not available but this quick guide has all the programming and reports. Also on the site I have some Samsung, SAM4s, Sharp and Casio manuals and keyboard templates.
