Wireless Adapter either ethernet or usb

I have a customer with an oki c300 currently connected via usb and she was looking to move it too a location that would be messy to reach by cable.

I know there are alot of usb to wireless adapters out there but don't have any experience with them. Thus I was wondering if anyone would recommend a model?

The device you linked is meant to be attached to a computer and will not understand protocols used in printing.

You need a USB print server which is designed to understand USB print data and then send it through the network.

according to the specs (https://www.oki.com/en/otr/2010/n217...tr-217-R04.pdf) the network interface is standard. You then could use a wireless adapter like the netgear wnce 3000/3001.

We have had similar situations and have been very successfully using the Buffalo Airstation AP. It allows you to connect it to the RJ45 network connection and then handles the connection to the wireless network. It is relatively easy to setup and is not that expensive.
