Sharp MX-M753 Losing configuration on pint driver

Customer has explained that the Print driver will lose the configuration ( meaning the finisher and LCT )of an MXM753 every now and then. Customer has reloaded Print Driver twice now with the same result. However the MXM621 has not caused any issue and just keeps working fine. I am going to start with a firmware update and go from there. Any other suggestions?

If it's a Windows machine, make sure they're setting the options from the Start Menu and Devices and Printers as opposed to doing it when a specific job is open. Also, if the driver has a Printing Defaults option under the Advanced tab in the driver, make the changes from there.

I updated the firmware on 5/12/16 so far all is good.
