when i am trying to install iw management this error message appear i try many solution but no luck hope guys that you can help me solve that issue
the error message is "Microsoft INTERNET information service or it's subcomponent are not installed in your computer refer to manual and install necessary components"

You posted this in the “Connectivity” forum, and failed to mention just which brand you are referring to, just what is “iw management console”?
Are you referring to Canon imageWARE Management Console?
Please post in the correct forum if you expect any kind of answer.
BTW... Whatever the brand and software are, it sounds like the PC you are installing on doesn’t have Internet Infornation Services, or “IIS” installed.

I get that, but I still think it would be better under the appropriate vendor forum.
It’s not just a matter of installing IIS; it needs to be configured to suit the application properly. That information would come from the vendor, not Microsoft. While the vendor may refer the installer to Microsoft for the basic installation of IIS, it would provide the specific settings that it needs.

Thanks all IAM installing this program on windows 8.1 and this program is monitoring the photocopiers on the network provided by Canon
