How do you prepared your printers and MFP for GDPR?

Does anybody know what exactly have to be done on printers and MFP to be a GDPR compliant?

HDD encryption and over write, report and job logs to switch off.
Authentication on device either in built or via Open API.
Print release on demand.
For sure authentication on service and admin mode.
I am positive there's more that can be done just things that popped out in my head.
