TeamViewer.
Customers often know how it works because their IT has already installed on their PCs.

I have had a lot of success with ConnectWise Control. It used to be called Screen Connect.
It used to be that you paid $350 and got the server software and free upgrades for a year. then from there on you had to pay a prorated rate if you wanted to update to the latest version. I usually have to pay only $96 every two years because every couple years Windows does an update which doesn't allow the remote support software to display admin credential requests on the clients PC.
I don't know what the prices are for new customers but here's the website:
Remote Support That Just Works | ConnectWise Control
I really like this software because with a little html/css knowledge, I can customize exactly how I want the remote support website to look when the customer goes to it to input their session code. I take out any reference to Screen Connect or ConnectWise so it looks like it's our software. It has a plethora of features - I have yet to come across a situation where I thought "If only I could do this...".
I guess the one thing I haven't played with recently is controlling android / ios devices, so I am unsure of the capabilities for those devices.

Zoho assist has a pay and free version. Paid version is cheap. I use the free version all the time

We use GotoAssist at the shop. I also keep Teamviewer available for Android and IOS devices. Our company only paid for 1 license so need alternatives. Also there are those times that GotoAssist for whatever reason will not work for the customer. Start up Teamviewer and it usually will work. Teamviewer is also "free" for personal use.
