    Connecting a fiery to MPC4503?

I have a customer who has fiery on his canon and would like to add my Ricoh MPc4503. I have not messed with fiery for a reason but he says if it will work he has the knowledge to set it all up and operate. My question is what info do you need from his fiery(model/type) and what do I need to hook it up to a non-fiery MPc4503. Thanks.... I think!

You’re not suggesting taking the Fiery off the Canon and putting it on the Ricoh, are you?

No can do. Period. (If that’s what you’re actually asking).

EFI, Electronics for Imaging, fiery systems are designed for specific machines or groups of machines to optimize their capabilities. The MP CXX03s use a color controller E22C.

    Fiery cant switched between Manufacturers.
Interface is different also for Minolta and Develop or IKON.
Even if the Basicmachine is the same.
    Same Fuck for Developer/Toner etc.
    No chance.
Tried it since 125i, the first Fiery with Canon.

they will have to buy a separate fiery for the 4503.
that's a lot of $$$ to throw on that machine .. MOST folks I have seen with fiery's have been oversold by a slick SALESGUY!
