Turn on an IP sniffer like Wireshark while running any Google product and be amazed at the files it is accessing and sending to Google! Did this a year or two ago and was amazed at the files Google Chrome was accessing and forwarding to the Google servers, files that Chrome had no reason to be accessing. Since then I use NO Google products period. Google has been doing this for years and people wonder how they can collect so much info on users. In my personal opinion, Google is the modern day Mafia, only they do it subtly by farming your info when you use their products with your consent of course as you have clicked on accept to their privacy policy which is actually no privacy.
