Ricoh 2035e need to enter workgroup name on control panel of machine

Hello, From two different Dell PCs I can't see the Web Page for this 2035e. It is also not showing up in File Explorer under "Network".
On the printed Config page it says "Workgroups name (SMB)": Not defined

So on the display control panel I am not able to find where to enter the name "WORKGROUP", there is no entry in User Tools, System Settings, Interface. Just for the IP & Gate. Looked in Service Mode as well. Of course I can't see it in Web Image Monitor either to make the change there. Weirdly two out of three MacBook Airs can print to it but of course not the DELL PC.

Can anyone direct me? Thanks in advance.

The normal way to enter Web Page is to launch your browser and enter the IP address as the URL. The Web Page is normally called WIM, Web Image Monitor.

According to the Operating Instruction Manual, you can set the Workgroup through telnet. Follow the manual.

Thanks for the info. I was able to log in through one of the Macbooks and entered the WORKGROUP name properly. However that still did not do the trick. What did work is I disabled the 5 GHz capability (of course kept the 2.4 GHz) of the router and voila, I could ping the 2035e and printing commenced. I had researched that sometimes the 5GHz interferes with the 2.4 signal and you cannot ping an IP address.
