Same issue here, on hold with Microsoft support for 2 hours now...
Just got off the phone with tech support. TLS 1.0 &1.1 are being discontinued by O365. The update wasn't supposed to happen until 10-31-18 but they pushed it out early and Sharp, as well as other manufactures are not ready for it.

Time to find a workaround for the time being until manufactures get the updates ready for TLS 1.2.
One of my coworkers just found this video published today. We have tested it and it is working for us. Essentially you need to put brackets around the SMTP sender address, such as <sender@email.com>
