yes I DID! BUT if the IP's don't match he WON"T be able to WIM in

he is having a NETWORK issue.. so ALL admins functions won't be able thru NETWORK.... I have seen on Kons and Kyro and Xerox that same issue... he DIDN'T mention if he can BOOT the print/copy INTO service mode tho!

Is it possible to connect to this via hostname or some other method? I'm probably going to be using my laptop and crossover cable.
If you know the MAC address you can get around the 0.0.0.0 with an arp command.

    1. Assign a static IP to your laptop such as 192.168.0.10.
    2. Connect to the Bizhub with an ethernet cable.
    3. Open a command prompt.
    4. Type " ARP -s 192.168.0.20 (MAC address of the Bizhub)".

So it would look like this= arp -s 192.168.0.20 00-00-00-00-00-00

Your computer will now be able to web into 192.168.0.20
