    Ok, lets not forget the really annoying issues... 1 Customer was not providing the correct "Login credentials". Wanna be I. T. pastor changed it, then gave her a PIN.
    A second customer had a really old version of firmware that I believe finally got to old to operate.
    A 4th and 5th customer is still down.

    It has become obvious that Microsoft is determined to get rid of SMB entirely. No matter what work around you come up with, eventually Microsoft will put out an update that kills it and they refuse to provide support.

    We lost scanning to Gmail on 1 machine on Monday. Worked fine on Saturday.
    Head is starting to hurt!

    Hi Jeff.

    This SMB scanning issue has been a thorn in my side for just about all the models I work on. I just had a long conversation with Kyocera Tech support a couple days ago. It appears that Windows 10 is now blocking guest access for SMB due to the Wannacry Malware attacks. The only working solution Kyocera was able to give me was to install the Kyocera Print Center App (only available for Windows 10). This allowed my customer to pull scan from the app. They are very happy, but it was only a 2 person office. I know this will not fly with some of my larger clients. Hope this helps somewhat!
