Ricoh MP4500 don´t print with "Deleting file" message

Have you checked the error log on the copier for more information?

Press the button on the op panel for "printer" and check there to see if there is an error.

The print error log is empty.

Al printer logs are deleted when power is cycled.

If customer is trying to print a webpage with rolling/ changing graphics, ricoh doesn't know how to interpret that information. Will hang every single time!!! Customer needs to copy & paste to another document or save as flat pdf & print. Bullzip is the answer.

This is not the case, the windows test page is not printed.
