Ricoh MP4500 donīt print with "Deleting file" message

    Hi
I have a Ricoh MP4500 with the following trouble.
When send a printout, the data reception indicator flashes, "Printing" appears on the display and a couple of seconds later "Deleting file" appears, without printing anything.

ŋ There is some configuration that causes this ?

Typical symptom when the user code is missing or incorrect.

The machine did not have a user code.
Also do the procedure SP 5-404 and delete all the accounts SP 5-846-50, but it did not work
    Thanks for your reply.

Setup a new printer driver and test , if it still wont print recheck the authentication and codes are OFF .. Another question ping device with machine off
if you get a reply from that ipaddress you have a another device with the same ipaddress on the network

    Network Security Level?
    Access Control enabled?
Enhanced External Charge Unit Management (printer ON)?
    Is Virtual Printer ON?
Do an NCS reset (SP 5801-011)

    Aye! Cut the crap

As suggested above i'd do a network reset.

Also have you tried printing from your laptop bypassing the network?

And updating the firmware would also be a good idea, possibly corrupt fw.

    Tests:SP 5801-011 Result: None
Change equipment to an exclusive network: None
Set up a new printer driver: None
Control equipment from another PC: None

I think I have a corrupt firmware problem

Thank you for your answers Ą
