Canon IR 3025 Won't print will ping (Port 9100 shows closed)
This copier was givin to the customer. It works fine copying. The IT guy went to get it on the network and he says that Port 9100 shows closed. He thinks that setting it back to factory defaults or "DCON Clear" might work. It will ping successfully and shows the web page. Shows "error" when trying to print to it. Any help will be very appreciated...
