    RC Gate A connection problem

We have an RC Gate A on our client with 100 RICOH machines located on their 3 different location (All connected w/ different VLAN).
In location 1 (HO) & 2, all machines are connected to the RC Gate A.
However, the RC Gate A can't get the details from the machines in location 3.

Test we conduct on location 3:
Pinging the IP addresses needed of Atremote= Successful
Doing a manual test call (Reset, 0, 0, Clear) = Successful (machine will send an email to us using RC Gate)
We tried to connect them as an Embedded = Failed
    Ports that are open: 443, 7443, 7444, 25

    Any suggestion?

If I remember correctly, the RC Gate uses SNMP to collect data 'internally', so port 161 would need to be open as well.

Also, if you wanted to go embedded instead you need to remove the device from Centre Server if previously discovered / managed and perform the @Remote clear on the device (SP5-816-209, SP5-870-3, and either SP5-870-1 for 512bit or SP5-870-4 for 2048bit)

    Good point.

I've run into a bunch of customers who block Port 161 by default.

Thanks for the suggestion...I'll try to confirm if they open the 161 too.

As for the embedded scenario, we're not able to do it as they only want the RC Gate to get the details from the printer machine for security purposes.

I'll be back if it will succeed

The Atremote Center can't get the details of the printer using RC Gate like: Counter, Toner lvl & so on...
specially the Last Report Date as it is the confirmation if the printer machine is connected
