OOMA-(VOIP) Faxing

Customer changed his phone system to OOMA. (Which is a low cost phone voip, that I am looking into.)
He could send faxes with his Brother 4100e but was not receiving faxes-
I sent them a fax and it showed he had received it but did not print from the fax machine.
Long story short after checking the internet, shutting down the EMC and lowering the Baud rate-
Customer told me all the faxes where being received in his computer!
