Xerox 5855 slow pdf printing

Dear all,
I have Xerox 5855 and 5875 in my printshop when I start printing bulk pdf files on that, machine prints 1st pdf file and wait for 10seconds than printing other pdf file.
I sent a job of 10 pdf file all files sent to the printer no job shows in printer queue but machine wait for 10seconds after each job.
I try both pcl and ps driver.
Kindly guide me

what is the SIZE of the PDF?
10 files? or 10 copies of the file?
are you sure the file doesn't have some weird embedded code?
is the file on your computer or printing from the web?

you really need to specify more of the details .. for us to help.

Are the files scans?......or downloaded?...
Check the print queue and the displayed filesize, sometimes PDF files blows itself up, because the file is an compressed PDF, and to print, the PC decompresses the file.
