From what I was told, under the security link at the bottom of the Falcon III's & the Taskalfa's, when you enable security here it is SSL no matter what the protocol you're using. I've got 1 Kyocera and 2 Sharp machines that all are using SSL SMTP connections & I cannot get any of the three to work. Anyone have any ideas ??
One Sharp & the Kyocera are using att.yahoo for SSL SMTP and I can't get it !!!![]()
I have a customer with a KM-C3232E, I was able to get them to scan to email with argosoft but there seems to be a size limitation. Any suggestions on something else to use or how to change the size limitation?
I've used Argosoft in the past and it works great for most scenarios. Recently I discovered a new mail server app that has a free version like Argosoft, but has way more features. I needed something that could import a list of user accounts from a CSV file (something Argosoft can't do) and I found this:
DeskNow
But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.
go into the scanner then to send email settings then to basic settings and set the scanner to data size non restricted...
if it doesn't take then use the address editor...
if the settings take but you have the same size issue... then your email account that is connected to the copier has a size restriction setting that your client or their email provider must adjust...
